Our Philosophy
Facing the global competition, Key-Systems responds with a unique structure of supply. The registrar connects favorable prices to substantial customer service and offers its clients a user-friendly, fast and safe system for the registration and administration of domains. Also, Key-Systems provides the customers with comprehensive special services like web and mail space, SSL certificates, servers and much more.

As ICANN registrar and directly accredited member of many registries for country-code top-level domains (TLDs), the domain registrar has full technical control of the registration process for most of the offered domain endings. With direct access to the registration systems, requests can be processed immediately, enabling real-time registration.
The software, developed and continuously updated by Key-Systems, allows fast domain registration and easy-to-handle management. Thanks to the high degree of process automation, the registrar is able to provide personal consulting and support. Highly qualified employees of the service team answer inquiries promptly, by phone or e-mail – without putting the customer off in a waiting loop.
The stability and security of the customers' domains are of highest priority to Key-Systems. In order to achieve the greatest reliability, servers are linked with multiple redundant connections and placed at different international sites: Zweibrücken, Frankfurt (Germany) and the United States.
The value and importance of domain names has grown tremendously and will further rise in the future. Because of the huge number of already registered domains, it is increasingly difficult for customers to find the right domain for their needs. Key-Systems helps to maintain an overview of new TLDs, registration processes, regulations and challenges.
